Diet

Hello again. There are many people among us who have been going to the gym regularly, sweating properly but still not losing weight and then even after all the effort we put, when we don't lose it we go sad, depress and eventually we say we aren't getting result then we either stop going to gym or we ask the trainers to give us supplements (which are good) but I personally believe that our body is capable of making all vitamins, minerals etc from the food we eat so should we really go for supplements, steroids etc? No right?

Today I will share the two kind of diets with you all:
1) a regular diet plan (5 meals a day) for shaping your body, gaining muscles and staying fit.
2) Crash diet to lose weight and flab

Before I write anything, I would like to inform you all that whatever I am writing is being tried and tested on myself. So all of you can be assured there are no side effects.

Regular diet course: This is a heavy diet course which is divided into 5 meals a day for making the most of it.
Warning: This may look a lot but believe me( after eating all this i would feel hungry after only 1 hour, I forgot to mention I am a veg.) Lol!!

Early morning: green tea (Organic tulsi green tea)

Meal1- 8egg whites spinach mushrooms(make an omlate)+1/2 cup quaker oatmeal in milk+15almonds


Meal2- 6egg whites(boiled)+1 apple+1 teaspoon peanuts butter


Meal3- dal(pulses*)/chicken 2 wheat bread or brown rice, steamed veg,salad 1 plate,yogurt,15 almonds


After meal- green tea (organic tulsi green tea)


meal4- 4 egg whites(boiled)+lettuce+cucumber+tomato+onion)+2 teaspoon peanuts butter OR subway sandwich(any nonveg.) n tea +18almonds


Meal5- 8egg whites omlate+veggis+15 almonds+ salad


Before sleep: green tea

(Note: PLEASE DO CARRY ON YOUR GYM ALONG WITH THIS DIET)*******



Crash Diet course: Before I write this let me tell you I myself is a big time food lover, I eat in big quantities. So let me warn you this one is really tough but really effective, It has helped me and my friends shed around 10 kgs in only 20 days along with the flab around waist and also face.


1. Green tea/ Milk tea or Coffee in the morning.

Breakfast: one bowl daal (pulses) soup (steamed only**)

Lunch: One plate green veg salad(no dressings) and an apple.

Dinner: One bowl daal (pulses) soup (steamed***)

With this if you think that OH I DON'T HAVE ENERGY, HOW WILL I RUN OR WORKOUT AT GYM... then let me say please don't worry as the power is in your mind and not your body. I did my regular workout after finishing my day work at office.

  1. Excellent tips! Although I don't think that crash diets are healthy - and I would go mad eating 24 eggs per day. But I guess this diet is for body building men.
